FORT WORTH, TEXAS – The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Political Action Committee (TSCRA PAC) today announced its support of Roger Williams for election to the U.S. House of Representatives, District 25.
"Roger Williams will fight for less spending, limited government and lower taxes. He believes in free enterprise and protecting private property rights, 2 things critical to the success of the cattle industry,” said Joe Parker Jr., TSCRA president and TSCRA PAC co-chairman. “He will be an advocate for the cattle industry in Washington, which is why the TSCRA PAC is proud to support him.”
TSCRA PAC is the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association's political action committee.
TSCRA is a 135 year-old trade association and is the largest and oldest livestock organization based in Texas. TSCRA has more than 15,000 beef cattle operations, ranching families and businesses as members. These members represent approximately 50,000 individuals directly involved in ranching and beef production who manage 4 million head of cattle on 76 million acres of range and pasture land primarily in Texas and Oklahoma, but throughout the Southwest.
