More Failed Leadership: White House has no opinion on Senate budget
The fact that the White House has no opinion on whether or not the Senate should pass a federal budget is more proof that Obama is not qualified to be President. Every family and small business has to stick to a budget, and so should the federal government.

TAPPER: I’m asking.
CARNEY: Well, I don’t have an opinion to express on how the Senate does its business with regards to this issue.
